Walden House is one of the largest non-profits of its kind in California. It has over 400 employees that serve thousands of clients every day. Walden House prides itself on its diverse workforce, employing those who are in rocovery themselves, as well as individuals who have a passion to serve the population. In fact, much of the upper and senior management at Walden House are graduates of a Walden House program.

Walden House is a truly unique place to work. Today, Walden House programs have taken the traditional Therapeutic Community (or TC) Model and applied the newest approaches to trauma, addiction and gender issues. This has created a unique treatment experience, successfully meeting the needs of todays clients, all the while creating an environment for our staff that is always supportive, evolving and educational.
